This past week I biked 197 miles bringing my total now to
5,507 miles.

There were several areas of the bike path along the LA river that were so covered with debris washed up from the river during the rains on Friday that you had to carry your bike across.
When I saw this cartoon in the New Yorker I had to scan it because it is a feeling I have often when the 20 and 30 years old go speeding by me. They better enjoy it now!
A great way to beat the price of gas. This young man said that he was always hauling his bike in his truck but gas was so expensive so he devised this system to haul his bike.
