It hardly seems possible that it is already May and I am headed into my last month of Biking for Dollars. There were times when I never thought May would get here. I really biked hard this past week because May is a busy month. I rode 245 miles bringing my total now to 5,844 Miles. I can really take it easy the next few weeks.
We are planning a 6,000 Mile Party for Saturday, May 19th at 4:00 PM at Britta's home in Burbank. Ken will be in China so it is a perfect time to celebrate. Britta will be sending you all the details and I will keep you posted also.
On Saturday there was a large group of volunteers who were helping clean up the LA River.
We are always ready to get off our bikes for a photo opportunity.
This is the area in Griffith Park where they have the pony rides for children.
Graduation is this Saturday and we are expecting around 4,000 guests so they are already busy setting up. We have 422 students who will be graduating.
I now have $311,911.81 in Pledges.
