Biking for Dollars - Week 18

I was hoping to break 3,000 miles this past week but it did not happen as I rode only 119 miles bringing my total to 2,966 miles. However, I did go back to my 45th High School reunion in Harlan, Iowa.  Back to where the tall corn grows as well as lots of pumpkins.
We always grew pumpkins when I was a child, but we never thought of making a pumpkin tree!
Stopped by a bike shop to buy better lights for my bike and warmer clothes for riding this winter.  I knew I could find the warm clothes I needed in the Midwest.  This is a great carry all on the back of this bike for anyone biking to work.

I saw this unique bike when I was riding on Sunday. Note the extremely high pedal placement.
You couldn't miss the difference in bike highs from behind.

Have a Great Week!  Many Thanks!!
