Biking for Dollars - Week 43

Not many miles this week because Sophia was with me and really was not too interested in riding with Grandma.  I rode 63.72 miles on Sunday after she left bringing my total to  4,851.

Sophia was very interested in learning how to put air in her bike tires so she could ride.

Sophia picked out new pink tassels for her bike that she loved playing with!
I was hoping that the tassels would encourage her to ride her bike but I was wrong.

I was about 22 miles from home on Sunday when the rain started.

I was prepared for the rain as you can see.  I even had on shoe covers.


However I did not stay as dry as some of the people who live along the LA Bike Trail.

They moved all their belonging under the overpasses.

I am hoping to start riding a little after work since the days are getting longer.  I will give you a complete update next week on funds raised.
